Notice of the 1^st Annual General Body Meeting

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given to all the members that the 1^st Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of Our Association will be held on 19^th June 2016, at 5.00 pm at our premises to conduct the following businesses:

Agenda

1. Welcome and Remarks by the Vice President.

2. Secretary’s Annual Report.

3. Presentation of Annual Statement of Accounts by the Treasurer.

4. Following Specific Issues.

    a) Change in Office Bearers, If any

    b) Change in the Executive Committee Members, If any

    c) Fixing of Maintenance Charges

 5. Any other matter with permission of the Chair.

6.   Vote of Thanks                                                                                    

Note: If there is no quorum till 5.00 pm, the meeting shall be adjourned for another 30 minutes.  Following that, the meeting will be held and conducted whether there is quorum or not.

Only members of the association are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the bye laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
